Buying shares

If you are interested in taking shares in Halsnæs Bryghus, please send an email to kontakt@halsbryg.dk stating your interest, your name, address and phone number. We will then inform shareholders wanting to sell of your interest.

Halsnæs Bryghus has issued shares in 2009 and in 2014, and we do not plan to issue more in the near future. The issuing of new shares will be announced through the Halsnæs Bryghus newsletter.

Selling shares

You have to find the buyer of your shares yourself, but we are happy to connect an interested buyer with a seller.

Once a buyer is located, you have to fill out this form (in Danish): overdragelsesbevis. The filled-out form and the given share are sent to kontakt@halsbryg.dk or Halsnæs Bryghus A/S, Nordre Beddingsvej 35, DK – 3390 Hundested. We will handle the rest, including sending the new share to the new shareholder.
